Combuild currently holds the following relevant Insurance policies:
- Residential/Commercial Builders’ Warranty Insurance to the value of project
- Home Owners Warranty Insurance, which is insurance that building contractors are required to carry by law to protect new homeowners against major defects in the work, and/or bankruptcy by the builder.
- Combuild Australia ensures that Design proposals conform to all Statutory and Authority requirements
- Combuild Australia insists that their subcontractors provide details of Professional Indemnity Insurance
